I really like this song. It is heartfelt and romantic but we wanted to give it a positive feel so we gave it a "Cumbia" rythm. The contrast balances out the sadness and subconsciously tells the listener that everything is going to alright in the end. It was written in a few hours one evening after speaking to a female friend that had changed her mind about getting married. She had just broken up with her fiancee and it just seemed like she was going to die. She kept telling me all her memories and how depressed she was. I was inspired to pick up the guitar and allow her story to be the reason for this song. I hope you enjoy it.
