One of my favorite's to sing. Originally this was arranged as a power ballad with lyrics of love for a child and family. Our Mariachi arranger Juan Morales, presented this version to us and we loved it instantly. He tweaked the music and gave it more life. I in turn spoke to my dad and said "Sorry but the lyrics don't quiet match the orchestral music." Now it's in a Huapango style rythm, which is characterized by the strumming guitar patterns and vocal falsetto breaks. One day I sat on a sunpad of a yacht moored off the coast of Catalina Island, made the lyrics a little bit more..sensual and modern! A song to be enjoyed by all. Enjoy it!

Love? Magical word that mixes emotions. difficult to explain, It makes people laugh and cry, and is fantastic as a faraway star, and intimate like when with a rose petal I caress your lips. For us, love is a hot and fiery embrace. While we make love our bodies press against one another and serve to release built up tension from the world. It makes liars of us when we promise each other the world and attempt dry out the sea. I seek you in the high seas, forest and desert, I crave what I feel when I press myself on you.
